Nice Outfit is an exhibition catalogue and theoretical journal – each issue a companion to an IRL exhibit that contextualizes the show’s themes with essays, experimental fiction, and artwork.

The second issue is attached to the show Knock Knock curated by editor Felix Choong and put on at Season Gallery in East London in 2022. Interested in the exchange between art practice and contemporary fashion, the show and companion magazine explore themes of pleasure, belonging, and comfort within the domestic sphere. Find inside diary excerpts from Tokyo drag queen Zach Langley Chi Chi, a short story from the perspective of a girl’s dress, and artwork by Julien Ceccaldi.
